As I know breast cancer genetic risk is always there and most inherited cases of breast cancer are associated with mutations in two genes: BRCA1 (Breast Cancer gene one) and BRCA2 (Breast Cancer gene two).

Hi,
In many cases, genetics doesn't play a major role in breast cancer. The breast cancer is associated in cells of breast and they are not involved in generation of families.
