Looks like good discovery.I have been using my own paypal regularly as i even use my nigeria Nigeria Bank issued visa Card to verify it. I also buy anything i need from paypal anytime but i will love to see what its in your book sometime.

If your claim is true, then you're using Niger Republic or
any other African countries that can't receive funds.

You can only use the funds from VISA card (or US bank
account) to make payment only. That is the way it works.

For your information, PayPal recognizes cards from
Nigerian banks because of what we call BIN numbers.

BIN numbers which are the first six numbers in a
credit or debit card & they show the bank and country
where a card was issued

The only exception is where a Nigerian bank
issued such card(s) on behalf of another bank
outside Nigeria. It means the bank is an agent
to another bank.
