Hello Victor,
First and foremost, I would like to say that the
way you handled this issue is very wrong.
When a client has an issue with a merchant,
the first thing to do is to contact the merchant
through every possible means before you finally
conclude whether s/he is a scammer or not.
So, you have not done any of these before
coming to GurusForum.com and FaceBook to
write this.
Yesterday morning, we got your email and
we replied same morning. Now, reading your
message here seems like a deliberate attempt
by you to tarnish my image.
You and your so called friend were not the
only people that paid for AlertPay since last
Thursday. How many of them have gone to
CNN to announce it. You failed to call, email
or send sms to find out what happened
before you come here.
That character shows shallow-mind thinking
because you have been buying from us for
some time now and we have not failed you.
So, if there are issues, why not get to us
first through calls, emails or sms?
Anyway, like I told you through email
yesterday morning. We had some issues with
our AlertPay account and we have forwarded
documents to them to re-activate our account.
Once it's done, we will fund all pending accounts.
If your friend can't wait, ask him to reply our
email with his GTBank details for a refund.
My advice: Don't conclude so fast. You may
lose great things or get yourself into trouble
as a result of such hasty judgement.
Thanks.
