Let me tell you something here. Opening a US
PayPal account with a US IP address is not
safe-haven.

To me, whether you revealed it here or not the paypal agent can still get hold of your secret. They may as well purchase your package and pretend as your subscriber to get the necessary info. Thanks

Yes, you're right but I didn't create a download
page so that anybody can download it anyhow.

No, I specifically upload and send to my clients
as an email attachment. This is to enable me monitor
who is paying for it.

I have paypal verified one who has limit on it, anyone knows how i can remove the limits please, its US Paypal
