many people have a Payoneer credit card because it’s now easy to get it through reviewme.com and other partners. Hello Mr ken,i recently reviewed your e-book on how to get a functional master card and fund it through liberty reserve when i purchased your e-book on how to open and verify papal.but i followed every step you mentioned at the book,and i found out that their are some correction that has to been made,particularly at the website that you order for master card.

you cannot place order for master card if you have not made a previous transaction with them.I finally place an order but my order was said to have been refunded back without no substantial reason,even after 72 hours the fund has not been refund or delivered.Maybe you can review the e-book and you will find out what am saying,please i will be glade if you can write another e-book concerning this not that of 2009.thanks

If you need a world wide accepted visa card for your online payment, though you cant use this card on paypal but you can use it to make payment on any website that has the Visa card logo and also withdraw money from it. If I use the MasterCard for my verifying my Paypal, will it affect it?
The reason why I am asking this, is because the card's address is here in Nigeria & obviously PayPal does not accept Nigerians.
Will they automatically ban me if I do such?
