I have a really great hotels domain, great in a way that the phrase of the domain is highly searchable, so I decided to link up with CJ and do hotel referral website using comission junction.

However, CJ affiliate url links all come from different, weird looking domain names that don't mean anything, I have a feeling this is effecting my SEO effort negatively, not sure how can I solve it.

If I put all the links to cj in a no ref link, would that might help ?
